We could not ask for a better day to serve, the weather was wonderful. Eternally-4U team up with Mountain West Church in Tucker to serve the men and women at Hurt Park with clothes, toiletry bags (socks, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, washcloth, Q-tips, dental floss, and razors) along with pastry/cookies, chips, and breakfast bars), ChapStick, shoes, men's and women's underwear, coats, beanie caps, gloves, scarves. In addition, we provided shelter information and tracts to receive Christ as Lord and Savior. There was an overflow of resources today and we thank you, you understand we are our Brother's keeper. As a result, in serving the men and women at Hurt Park, we see this as an opportunity to be an agent of change to a community that has become discouraged from ever leaving their current situation.
Eternally-4U serves to lift our neighbors from a feeling of despair to hope, from rejection to being loved, to know that we and most importantly Christ care. We thank everyone who partners with us and desires to assist the disenfranchised community in Atlanta. May Christ love, smile on you, during this Christmas season.
